Contact us to request availability. We will reply to your email typically within 12 hours. If we have availability on your event date we will send you the contract electronically. Return the online contract and we will then invoice you for the $200 non-refundable down payment. If you need immediate assistance please do not hesitate to call.
How do I reserve a photo booth?
How do I fill out the contract?
The contract is sent electronically for you to read. You may return a signed scanned copy, mail it to Instabooth or arrange to meet with staff to collect the signed version.
Are there additional fees?
There are no additional fees unless we are traveling 30km outside of the Charlottetown area or adjustments are made to the available packages.
How far in advance should I book?
We accept reservations 1 year in advance. If you are planning an event on a Saturday evening, we recommend booking a few months in advance as this is the most requested day. But it never hurts to ask!
How much room does the photo booth take up?
Ideally an area of approximately 10′ x 10′ gives Instabooth plenty of room to set up.
What type of electricity does the photo booth need?
We need a standard electrical connection and want to be located within 30′ of electricity. If the photo booth is located further than 50′ from electricity please notify us so that we can bring additional extension cords.
Do we offer instant online uploading?
YES! Ask us to include the Instabooth Social Station so that users can instantly upload pictures to their social media accounts.
